Fast food, like McDonalds and KFC, has come into China for more than 30 years. It forms its own culture step by step and takes great effects to China. Fast food has been a very important part to peoples life. This paper will analyze the formation and development of Fast-food and the influences of Fast food culture, and then summarize the enlightenment of Fast food culture, like cultural localization and right view of Fast food culture. This bond can facilitate their absorption by the digestive system. Pasteurization destroys the ability of certain proteins in milk to bind the important vitamin folate and hence help its absorption (p. 1426).
